Buffalo Pediatric Associates, LLP is a single specialty, multi-physician practice with two locations in the Buffalo, NY area. We see children and adolescents from birth until 22 years of age. Our integrated practice team includes physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. We see patients with a wide variety of medical needs with a focus on preventative care and behavioral health.

BE/BC Pediatrician

Buffalo Pediatric Associates, LLP is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join our Practice. We have two locations, one in the City of Buffalo and one in the first ring suburb of Williamsville, NY. We would expect our pediatrician to be available to work at both locations. We currently have four doctors and four advanced practitioners. We strongly value work/life balance and so either a full or part time position is available.

Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM)

Buffalo Pediatric Associates, LLP is hiring a Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) to support the Collaborative Care Model, an evidence-based, nationally recognized team-based approach for treating depression and anxiety in primary care. The BHCM coordinates the group and ensures effective communication among primary care providers and the consulting psychiatric specialist in the delivery of treatment. The BHCM participates in diagnosis and treatment planning, supports medication management, provides proactive follow-up of treatment response, and alerts team members when the patient is not improving. The BHCM provides education, supports the development of coping skills, and offers brief counseling using motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. LCSW, LMSW, LMSW Candidate, LMHC, or RN with psychiatric background are encouraged to apply.
