Management Staff at Buffalo Pediatrics

Jean Gunner has served families and children her entire career. Her passion is being a parent and engaging with families as they are the gateway to a healthy society. She is the Director of Operations of Buffalo Pediatric Associates where she has worked since 1994. She has extensive expertise in overseeing every aspect of practice operation, including management, administration, and strategic planning. Jean is a native of Western New York, and went to Canisius College for undergraduate, then received her Master in Urban Planning and Policy from University of Chicago.

Jean enjoys hiking, gardening, travel, writing and practices mindfulness awareness meditation. She founded a nationally recognized school community garden, Seeds of Living Education/The Giving Garden, in Hamburg where she resides with her family and Australian Shepherd.

Rachel is a native of Buffalo and has worked with Buffalo Pediatrics since 2012. She graduated from Erie County Community College and began as a nurse, progressing into the role as our Clinical Nurse Manager. She enjoys spending her free time with family, spoiling her dogs, cooking, traveling, and cheering on the best football team in the NFL, the Buffalo Bills.
