**No shots are given for 2.5yr and 3yr visits**

Pediarix includes: 

-DTAP, Hep B, and Polio

-Rotateq (3 doses)- Only given until 8 months (32 weeks) of age

Meningococcal Booster:

*If received first dose between 11-12 years, booster should be at 16years

*If first dose is received between 13-15yrs, booster should be between 16-18 years

*If recieved first dose 16yrs or later, no booster necessary

*Influenza and other catch up immunizations at any well visit as indicated*
